Sam is my nephew and I would not have dared do it for someone else as a first experience with minecraft. Needless to say he loved it and the first thing he said “It’s a Diamond Block”, at least that made me happy cos my son, who is also a minecraft addict, kept telling me it does not look like one LOL. But I wanted to do an elegant cake with a “raw” look (the bottom tier is just a ganache finish). The “Happy Birthday” banner on the bottom is sugar lace. This cake has maltesers hidden inside too.
