This is another design for a display cake (its actually the back of the last cake I posted – space saver tip!) featuring piped corded lace and an edible beaded sash below the sparkly top tier. I made the beaded sash using a hand made mould, and painted the beads with lustre dusts mixed with confectioners glaze.
