I recently made this for a submission to Sweet Magazine (Cake Magazine) the directive was 12 Days of Christmas so I made up a version for Us Cake decorators… I Hope you like it
Ended up rather a tall cake about 70cms everything on the tree is hand modelled out of fondant , even the ribbon which I used my favourite product Fondarific which I could roll so thinly then roll up on a gumpaste centre weeks later is was still pliable

OH My Goodness Jo – I want to cry seeing this!!!!! It’s soooo gorgeous!!! I didn’t realize everything was made from fondant untill I looked closely and read your description!
