Hello everyone, my name is Rositsa. I am 51 and live the beautiful seaside town Varna in Bulgaria. After studying to be a pastry chef I started my career as a pastry apprentice, but then life took me in a different direction so I left my passion until 8 month ago when I saw one of Ralitsa Kamburova’s cakes. It inspired me to start again. The first cake I made was for my granddaughter’s first birthday and ever since I have been making cakes for friends for different occasions. I know this craft takes a long time to perfect but I am determined to develop my skills and being a part of this community would be of great help.
