I'm Debora and I'm from Italy.
I am not a professional cake decorator and I play with fondant just for fun.
The first time I used fondant was for my birthday cake a few years ago and I fell in love with it: some cakes are pure art!
I also like very much baking using traditional recipes from Italian traditional pastry.
