I love to cook and have been cooking for a long time. I've only been baking since 2012; I took a Groupon cupcake decorating class with my sister-in-law and I was hooked. It was the decorating that got me. My artistic talent is very limited (like, to stick people by a house with a sun and a flower kind of limited) so being creative through food is very rewarding. But I always looked at baking as just measuring and timing... boy was I wrong! Baking and decorating is very creative. However, since I can't draw and my handwriting is terrible, I have to be very patient. Hoping to learn and grow so that I can run faster and jump higher in these new baking shoes. :)
