This is my ‘Blown Away Betty’ cake that I made at Pretty Witty Cakes under the instruction of the amazing Kaysie Lackey

This set of cakes were made for a real fan of the film, each detail had to be copied as he knows the characters so well, the client provided a picture so I can’t accredit the inspiration. The cakes were a delight to make.

A wedding on the Isle of Wight prompted this beach theme wedding cake. The wedding had an entire coastal theme and the cake worked so well. The tiers were chocolate, vanilla and lemon and the sand was created using crushed Digestive Biscuits. The tiny water droplets are piping gel!

This was such a last minute order! The customer called as she was on holiday local to me and really wanted to take some cakes for her son’s graduation. I couldn’t really fit her in but she was so complimentary about my website I just had to!

She sent a picture the next day of her some with his cakes who looked delighted!

I was asked to create cupcakes and a giant cupcake for a wedding around this colour scheme. The bride had seen the colours used on a wedding programme on TV and loved the idea. She also knew she wanted a giant cupcake so that had to be put in!
Originally the whole thing should have been on a tower but the furniture it was standing on made the giant way too high for cutting so we had to separate.

This cake was supposed to be just a white chocolate bittercream and raspberry creation but I had other ideas! The cake is vanilla sponge with Raspberry Jam filling, a Milk Choc shell and White Choc BC topping. The decoration is made with flavoured fondant, chocolate and Raspberry…choctastic
