I don’t usually get a request for a First Birthday cake like this. So, when a friend asked me to do this cake I was like why not? The figure was inspired by a Wolverine Chibi figure and from an image of the baby wolverine I found in the net from Glucauze’s website which you can check in this link http://glucauze.tumblr.com/page/4.

Marshmallow fondant covered mocha pound cake and chocolate cake. Gumpaste appliques, checkered flags and colored flags. Round multi-colored sprinkles as audience/crowd in a nascar race :). The sponsors’ logos prints were made out of edible wafers. All templates credits to PIXAR DISNEY.

This was a surprise Birthday cake I made for my neighbor. Yellow Sugar Peonies and some Hydrangeas as fillers. Base cake is a Devil’s Food Cake, filled and iced with Dark Chocolate Ganache.

Graduation Cake for LA and Nikka . Chocolate Moist Cake, filled and iced with swiss meringue buttercream. Covered with marshmallow fondant. Gumpaste and fondant appliques.

This cake is a 6-inch chocolate devil’s food cake filled and iced with Swiss Meringue Buttercream, covered with marshmallow fondant, topped with crushed oreo cookies as dirt and gumpaste Daffodils.

Graduation cake I made for a friend’s Nephew. He’s not a fan of fondant and buttercream that’s why the cake was iced with chocolate ganache.

This is my first try to make these tulips. Though it was not anatomically correct, I love how it turned out. Hope you like it too :)

Adventure Time Themed Cupcakes. The design was inspired from online themed cupcakes :).

This is an all cake ball. I had fun making this cake :) It was a bit of a challenge but learned a lot from the experience. I got the inspiration from Eat Cake Be Merry.

My take of this Lalaloopsy Rosy Bumps Character. The figure was inspired by Delicias Com Amor e Carinho who makes the most adorable cake and table settings for this theme. Here’s my take of the Christmas cupcakes. The design was inspired by online holiday goodies ideas.

A friend asked me to make this Minnie Mouse themed cupcakes for her daughter’s Birthday who, obviously loves Minnie!

The toppers are made from Marshmallow Fondant and the tiny polka dots were achieved by dotting white gel food color (Americolor) with a little vodka on to the surface. The tool I used for the application is the round end of a cocktail stick. For the fine dot on Minnie’s ribbon, I used the pointed end of the cocktail stick. :)

This is a 6-inch round chocolate cake iced with chocolate ganache and covered with marshmallow fondant.

This cake was for Sam’s 7th Birthday. It’s an 8-inch chocolate moist cake iced with dark chocolate ganache. I should mention that this was inspired by Royal Bakery’s Castle Cake :). Thanks for looking.

This cake was inspired by the birthday girl’s dress. The Hermes handbag was from Aikko of Bake Happy. The bag was placed in the corner to accommodate a seated barbie doll.

Cake is 6×4 inch carrot cake filled with creamcheese frosting and iced with white chocolate ganache. The 3D excavator is made out of rice cereal treats and covered in fondant. It was my first time to use the RKT method and the weather had been crazy this past 2 weeks and I am just glad I managed to pull this one through.

This cake was for a great mother, sister, friend and neighbor :). Sugar flower carnations, Spider Mums, hydrangeas and filler flowers.

Though there are imperfections with my first pillow cake, I like how it turned out. I learned how to make this through the help of all cake decorating enthusiasts online :). I got the template of the gumpaste tiara on the internet and used it to trace the design. Thanks for looking.
