I know most of you will be whizzes at these but for anyone still struggling here’s a little sequence of pictures I did for a friend who couldn’t work them.. Roll your fondant out thinly, push down with your cutter and wiggle it to get a clean cut, line it up against another row if letters and flick it back like a ruler, flicking in down onto the other row then the desired letter should come out nicely.
