I recently received an order for 2 dozen cake balls for a bridal shower. The Bride’s colors are eggplant purple and a lime green. I know it is extremelly difficult to color chocolate to the eggplant color so I was considering using royal icing to decorate them. Have any of you had any success using royal icing on chocolate? I assumed it would work fine but just wanted to see if any of you have done it.
