Just got a order for this cake: http://farm6.staticflickr.com/5460/7427511754_7b3af58b10_z.jpg

1. Where can I find this kind of monogram or how to make it?

2. How do I get the texture on the little squares?

3. How do I make the chain/rings on the LOVE key chain?

To make the monogram, I would take the picture you have of it, crop out what you don’t want, and enlarge the monogram to the size you need and make yourself a paper template. You can then use an Exacto knife to cut it out. I’m not sure how to get the texture you are looking for, but you can look in the craft section of Hobby Lobby or Michaels (if you have one), there is a wide variety of embossing mats there. For the chain, I would roll out very thin ropes, or use an excruder if you have one, make a small circle with the thin rope, and join them together like a chain. Hope I could be of some help

Great idea, I was thinking that in my head. How would I get that super glittery effect?

I’ve never used it, but it looks like the 25 was sprinkled with Disco Dust. It is super glittery.

the Monogram you need to cut from a paper template. For the zip and chain – you can get molds for that – look on Etsy – I have lots of molds – for the keys etc – www.etsy.com/shop/melsugarmamas
You can also get the chain mold and stuff from etsy again from ‘way beyond cakes’
For the sides, you need to cut squares from a texture mat – you even get LV mats and rollers. Talk to www.thecaketin.co.nz or try ebay!
cheers
