Can you guys share where you buy your chocolate for making ganache—

Also what brand/cocoa amount/ for both chocolate and white chocolate—Im trying to improve my ganaching skills—and Im realizing that using the Nestle chips is not helping- ha

Thanks for any information

I’d also like to know what other people will recommend because I just started using ganache and I too have been using the Nestle chips found in my local Walmart.

I use nestle chips with great success but I use Raewyn’s method to make it that she has in her caramel ganache she has posted in the recipe section

I’ve used Girardhelli (sp?) chocolate with much success, as well as the Godiva chocolate – Publix carries them both.
