Can anyone tell me if it is normal for my modeling chocolate to be tasteless. i use glucose syrup because i cannot find light corn syrup in australia. thank you

I looked for ages to find light corn syrup and the only place I could find it was at a wholesale outlet . Melbourne

can you get golden syrup over there? i used it instead of corn syrup and it gives a lovely taste.
