Hi guys, I’m baking a wedding cake the bride requested whipped cream instead of buttercream or fondant( stuff I’m used to), i want to make roses with buttercream colored purple, will the purple coloring make the white cream discolor?
thanks for any tips

If kept refrigerated it may not as much. However, if left out for hours it can.
