It definitely is one of the most amazing and gorgeous cakes I have ever seen. I have seen it everywhere and even had my own fans post it on my page to show me! North Star Cakes deserves all the attention and cake love for the one, that’s for sure!

Thanks for sharing Michal. I was distressed to see Francesca posted on facebook the other day that some people had been extremely rude to her about making a cake of such a ‘frightening’ creature, look so realistic. People had verbally abused her and ‘unliked’ her page!! She was upset and was even moved to defend herself by pointing out that she made exactly what her client had requested! Many left kind words of comfort and encouragement, but I hope this wonderful post in such a large forum goes some way towards making her feel better. It is an amazing piece of work by an incredible talent and I hope she continues to create and share her wonderful work with us all :) xx

Raewyn, I also could not believe to hear how horrible people were twords her! With such talented and amazing work how could anyone dislike such a creation?! But how heart warming to see her share tonight that her cake was tweeted by Duff Goldman! So exciting and well deserved!

I love this cake! Saw it on Facebook and it is highly popular and widely acclaimed as it justly deserves! Thankfully I haven’t read any horrible posts on it … why would someone want to write anything negative about this? It’s awesome! xx
