Thanks to everyone who responded to my questions and comments on Kitchen Aid stand mixers. Another question: What Kitchen Aid Mixer do you recommend for a new baker? I like the 500/ 5 quart. I will be doing about 3 to 4 cakes a week, some breads, and I want to learn fondant. And of course bowls of frosting and cookies. And finally what volume do you bake: 2 or 3 times a week, or every day?? Replies needed. THANKS SO MUCH!!! |
