Anyone been to a Julien Flower class?
I’m keen to attend some of Julienflower’s chocolate flower classes coming up in Australia but just wondered if anyone else has attended one of her workshops and how you found it?

I have not, but I did look at your link. Deco Clay Flowers has very strict standards. She’s using them in her credentials, just some thoughts. If you go, I hope it is a blessing.
Someday, it’s my dream to become Deco Clay Flower certified…my dream.
