I will be staying in a Spanish villa in august and have no problem making my daughters wedding cake , but what to ice it with!! It wont be stacked , just 4 cakes of different sizes , standing on lit stands of different heights ( rich madeira, choc, carrot cake for the groom!!) Cream cheese frosting or royal icing ( I will be piping rosettes, then a bit of lustre & gold powder) any ideas
Am having nightmares about risk of melting, cake will de in shade but it will be pretty hot I think.
