Help with chocolate image transfers

Hello everyone!

I hope someone out there can help me as I seem to be having an unusual problem. I am trying to transfer images onto chocolate. My images seem to print fine, but don’t transfer to the chocolate. I can’t figure out why this would be and the seller of the ink hasn’t been helpful at all. I was considering selling some chocolates but am at a total crossroads. I am putting acetate sheets through the printer. I’ve added pictures of the images on the sheets and chocolate that was put over them unsuccessfully.
