Hi I have the task of making my daughters wedding cake she wants roses and ruffles on it. I thought I would make the roses ahead of time and store them .Can anyone tell me the best way to store them and how long will they last being stored .The wedding is the second week of January 2017 thanks

I am sorry I didn’t see this earlier to give you that answer.. but I hope you dried them fully and them stored them in a breathable container (ie: shoe box) in a damp cool space. Good luck with putting everything together (if not already) and I am sure it will be beautiful!

I usually store my roses in cardboard boxes padded with silk or tissue, so they can breathe but the color won’t fade.

They should last for months.
