Topic tags/keywords: advice question how-to idea resource cupcakes cake mini cake cookies

I was wondering if there is anyone here who’s done an outdoor event yet? Like a having a booth or table at a fair or something similar? If so, how do you plan and organize everything? What do you chose to display and sell? What quantity do you bring with you?

I participate in a local craft fair here (but its indoors, I don’t know if that effects your question). Its held in a bar, each participant gets their own table to set up at. I sell things like cupcakes, cake pops, cookies, and other treats. I try to make sure everything is displayed nicely and labeled and that I have extra bags and such to make things easier for my customers.
