Although I did not win the Pretty Witty Cakes contest, I want to thank everyone for the support. It really meant a lot to me. I apologize for taking so long in thanking you but I decided to stay off the internet for most of my vacation in the island of Sao Miguel, Acores. Decided to simply enjoy the peace and tranquility of my birthplace. Here are a few pics.

What a gorgeous place! It must have been hard to leave.
I was very disappointed with the results of the competition but found it to be about as expected for on-line contests judged by public vote.
