Gumpaste Geisha
Made for a local cake show as a topper for an Asian inspired cake. Her face is done in a mold, the body and hands are gumpaste, her Kimono is fondant and the Obi sash is gumpaste.

Here is the cake to go with the Geisha. The Geisha took second place and the cake first place in a local cake show. Gumpaste Peonies and gumpaste fans.
