Please help! Complex decoration on cake

Hi everybody I would really appreciate your advice on how you would do the quilting on the top-tier and the embroidery/decorations on the middle tier. What material/tools/ingredients do I need? I only have a date order or it will be too late if special materials are required. Thank you so much in advance for your help!

You need to mark the quilting and then make fondant strings to cover the quilting impression. I have an extruder to create the string. I am not very good at piping so for the middle tier I would make the scrolls out of fondant and let them dry out so they become stiff and I can attach to the cake. The gold decorations are probably made out of a mold then painted in gold.
