I make a coconut buttercream ~ reduce coconut milk down so it’s thick & creamy, then whip it with butter, vanilla and powdered sugar. I could eat it by the bucket, it’s delish. I’ll pm you the recipe if your interested!

I use swiss meringue buttercream with coconut flavoring, mmmmmmm so yummy

The Baking Sheet posted a reciepe,coconut macaroon cupcakes. This recipe is delious and I don’t even like coconut!
