Time for Tiffin

Hi there lovely peops of cakes decor, my name is Liz i run mainly on coke, very little sleep and i like marmite. I am mum to four half American kidlets who are my world , who challenge me every day who make me laugh, cry and jump for joy. We live in Dorset on the south coast of England. I trained as a specialised chef but patisserie was always my big passion. I got into cake decorating a few years ago and it has become a bit of an obsession i like to push myself constantly to try new things, i am self taught and believe in the wing it and see what happens philosophy!

Hi Liz, I LOVE your write up xx Keeping going on coke is great as long as it’s the liquid kind.lol xx
And it’s great for slow cooking your ham in at Christmas too xx
You sound busy, and also very competent in what you do which shows in your work.
