Hello ,
my name is Dora and I live in a small village near Thessaloniki in Greece . I studied nursing but a year ago I discovered my passion to cakes (Well, actually , I’ve always loved being in the kitchen) !! I’ve never taken any lessons or seminars .I ’m so greatful that I can find help from this and other sites and from people that can share their knowledge. I make cakes and other goodies for friends and family and my dream is to open my own small business someday.

Nice to hear from you Michal !!! (apart the politicians) We are very friendly and hospitable people and we live in one of the most beautiful places all over the world .The combination of sea and nature is unique (I’m greek so I have to say the best for my country ) …If an of you visit us I would be delighted to meet you !!!!

Hello Dora! I’m also a nurse who can’t stay out of the kitchen! I worked as a nurse for 10 years and have spent the last year baking full time and it’s been fantastic because it allows me much more time with my children. You do lovely work!! ~April :)
