Using Sparkling Sugar on Buttercream Cake
I’ve been asked to do a 2-Tier Bridal Shower cake covered completely with sparkling sugar. I was thinking of putting the cake inside a large box and using my hand, cover the sides and top of the cake with the sugar.
Do any of you have a better (and probably less messy) way of doing this? I welcome all suggestions.
