Top hat and cane tutorial

I’ve made a top hat before and its really easy. the best way to do it is to taper the cake or just use 2 cake sizes that have a 1" difference

Thank you, MzCuteCupcakes, however, I’m not making a cake – I’m trying to make a topper for a cake – still hoping for a tutorial I can follow because my hat is not looking so hot! – LOL
