Hi everyone
Just joined, i would like some advice would i be able to put fresh raspberries and raspberry jam in the middle of my cake, and ganache it?
Any advice would be great

This place is great and everyone is super helpful. So on to your question.
Yes you should be able to. I would suggest making a ganache dam around the edges to hold the jam in. Put that in the fridge for a little bit to get the dam to hard so it doesn’t shift while trying to ganache the outside.

Welcome to CD and I agree with Jennifer, you will get all the help you want here :-) Everyone is so nice and ready to give advice.
I also agree with Jennifer on securing the jam inside with a first cover of ganache and have that chill, then applying your second coating.
