Email Notifications ?

Hey all, I know that some of you had or still have problems with not receiving notification emails.

I would like to know how “BIG” is this issue. Could everyone of you who is not receiving notification emails add a comment below?

PS: please check If you have all notifications turned on first: “My CakesDecor” → My Home → Edit Email Notifications

Good morning Michal, I do get notifications for most cakes but I do randomly not receive some. It maybe because I follow too many of these fabulous people, haha! :-)

Thanks for letting me know. We are working on a different type of notifications that should fix this.

I don’t get any notifications at all. I have even tried removing all the checks on the email options and then go back to add them again in the hope that it help. It didn’t.

I get them, but they come ages after the comment has been posted.

With the notification for new cakes I have the same problem as Kath, Michal, I have noticed that occasionally I don’t get some of them, but if there are too many comments on my cake , I don’t get the notifications for most of them and then just a few trickle down ages after

Hi Michal, I’ve checked my settings, they’re all activated, but not receiving any emails

Just checked again, and all notifications were checked, I cancelled, re-checked and saved changes. So I’ll wait to see if I get any notifications now x

Alright Ladies. I checked it in the system and found out following:

1. Karen Flude → the emails were not delivered because your email was in the bounce list. I’m not sure why, but I deleted it from there. You should get notifications from this time. (please let me know if you do)

2. Goreti → The same as Karen Flude above

3. Janette MacPherson Cake Craft → emails are being sent to your email and the status is “delivered”. The last one was delivered “December 15, 2013 – 05:38:58 PM”. Could you please check your spam folder?

Karla – I checked it in the system and it’s telling that you reported one of the notification emails as a spam – that’s why it stopped sending notifications to you.

I removed it and you should get notifications from now. Please let me know ;)

I have been receiving my emails just fine thanks Michal :) … sorry for all of those who are not and sorry this is causing you an admin nightmare Michal.. technology letting you down :(
