Just wanted to introduce myself!
Hello all…I have joined this site hoping to find friendly folks who share the same passion as mine…Making beautiful cakes. I am pretty new in the business but I am aggressive when it comes to learning. I just retired from the Navy on Sep 29th and started baking and pastry school the same day. I run a legal business that is in the start up phase. The cake stand side of my business seems to be taking off though. I have an office in my home and bake in a commercial kitchen. I hope to make a lot of connections on here of folks I can come to with questions and not feel belittled like on some sites I have seen. That’s me in a nutshell! Glad to meet ya’ll!

Yes!!! Had enough of all the bickering at the other place and everyone getting suspended for the smallest infractions while some got away with everything. I just want to talk about cake and ways to improve my business, not play reindeer games.
