The bottom tier was a dummy, third was Dark Chocolate mud with caramel and salted pralin, second was white chocolate mud with raspberry butter cream and fresh raspberries, and the top was a special order just for the bride and groom, Bannana cake with butter cream.

Little first Christmas baby

I made this for a very dear friend of mine, who’s daughter is having a little girl early next year.

This was made for an engagement party. Every feather was hand painted with details and so was the Peacock.

It’s not as good as I wanted but I did do all the decorating with in 2 hours so nothing had time to dry, anyway it was a white chocolate mud cake with a lemon curd butter cream filling. My friend really liked it and was very surprised that I had the time to make it for her when she only gave me a days notice that she was coming over.

Made this for a lovely ladies daughter, the weather was horrible and wet but got there in the end.

something a little different for a wedding.

I made this cake for my son’s 11th Birthday which is on New Years Day. He thought that I was making it for a client and was so excited when he found out that it was for him that he started to cry. I hope you like it.

I had a great time making this cake considering that I have 3 boys and it’s rare that I get to do a girly cake
