I was over the moon to be asked to design a spring wedding cake for cake central magazine!!
The cake is covered in buttercream and all flowers are made out of flower paste and the leaves are piped on using buttercream xx We don’t cover a lot of cakes in the uk using buttercream so this was a challenge for me x

My new design for 2013. Vintage is still al the rage for weddings this year but I wanted to do something with white chocolate that still had a vintage feel. I hope you like xx

This is another design for 2013.
Everything on the cake is edible and hand made by me. This has to be my favourite cake at the momment. I love the colours infact everything about it!!!
There is a tv programme on at the momment in the UK called the paradise and this cake makes me think about this programme so much!!!
I have lots of orders for this style cake all in different colour combo’s so can’t wait to design them xx

This is a new design I have made to go with my collection for 2013. Frills are still in but wanted to add a little twist with edible pearls and silver balls. Peach is a big colour for next year. It was a hit at the wedding show I displayed it at. I hope you like xx

This cake was for a friend who loves Cath Kidston. I have wanted to do this cake for a while as I had the design in my head and i’m so pleased it turned out so well. All decorations are edible and handmade by me.
Bottom tier is chocolate, middle is white chocolate and passion fruit and top is vanilla. My friend Bev was over the moon. x

My hand painted cake with ruffles. I have never painted before so took a class with the amazing nevie pie cakes and this is what I achieved. Need to practice more but im pleased with the results xx

A 3d car cake. I don’t know why but I always find mens/boys cakes much harder to do!! Cake was painted with edible lustre to give the right colour and everything is edible, I hope you like xx

This is one of my new 2013 designs inspired by the ever increasing lace in fashion, thanks to the very beautiful duchess of cambridge (Kate Middleton)
This was my 1st time doing a peony and i’m pleased with how it turned out.
The lace was embossed onto the icing and then i spent hours cutting out and sticking edible pearls on.

I absoloutely loved making this tower it was such a labour intensive combo with all the big vintage roses and over 500 tiny rose buds but it all came together perfectly with the edible lace and hydrangeas, I hope you like xx

Vintage green roses and, brooches, cameos and bows, this is my kind of style and I love this colour combo and more people are wanting a cake and cupcakes as they can’t make up there mind on which they want!!!
All are edible and the roses are wired xx

An all white chocolate wrap cake. The smell from this cake was amazing!!
the inside tiers were triple chocolate with Italian buttercream and carrot cake with mascorpone cheese and stawberries ‘n’ cream xx

All handmade decorations on this vintage cake, with large edible rose and lace. Inside is a scrummy peanut butter sponge and buttercream just delicous!!!! x I still need to get my royal icing writing better though but practice makes perfect x

Was asked to make this specific Channel handbag and was a little worried about it as it needed to look like shiny leather and also the starp was chain with woven leather in!! was so pleased with the outcome though x I hope you like it x

I had so much fun making this cake, even the consultation with the recipients husband and friend was fun, we had such fun picking out elements from the 80’s and telling stories of those days!
They settled on a split rubiks cube, which was air brushed black! a pink ghetto blaster, madonna, retro sweets, pac man, and anything else i could finish it off with, such a great cake to make i hope you like it xx

diamond was made using isomalt, which burnt my hand and my mould!!!
