I made this for my daughter’s pre-school teacher. She taught both of my kids, and so I wanted to make her something special to thank her for her dedication. The inside is Neapolitan with a layer of Strawberry, Chocolate, and Vanilla.
The chalkboard and apple are sugar cookies iced in buttercream and covered with fondant.

I made this Boba Fett cake for my son’s 6th birthday party. He had a Star Wars themed party complete with “Calrissian Cupcakes” – iced blue to look like Lando Calrissian’s shirt, “Lightsabers” – chocolate dipped pretzel rods, “Tie Fighters” – Thin Oreos and marshmallows, “Wookie Cookies” – Chocolate Oatmeal (No Bake) Cookies, “Ewok Treats” – Teddy Grahams, and “Vader-ade” – red punch

Chocolate Fudge Cake filled with Vanilla Buttercream. Arms and Head are Rice Cereal Treats, real cookie in his hands, fondant fur made with an extruder.

The brief for this Mexican themed cake and cookies: “He loves the Mexico ride at Epcot in Disney, so the theme is The Three Caballeros.”

Guess I need to check that ride out when we go to Disney!

A sweet little boy was turning 2, and it just had to be Pooh Bear! When I took the cake to them, he was even clutching his Pooh blanket.

I made this small little cake (6 inch with one layer 5 inch) for my best friend’s 30th birthday. She loves birds, yellow, and the fun chevron pattern, so this was just the cake for her!

I did this cake for a little girl who was having a Lalaloopsy birthday party. I love the colors and buttons (all 70 of them!)
Design inspired by Love & Sugar Kisses’ chevron cake.
I used Jessica Harris’ (Jessicakes) tutorial for applying the chevrons to the cake.

For a fun magic party! The little girl, turning 7, told me exactly how she envisioned the cake. She approved, and so that’s what matters! :)

My daughter had a Rainbow Paint Party for her 4th birthday. The inside was rainbow and the outside had pink “paint” pouring onto a white cake. The “paint” was tinted white chocolate ganache.

We had paint palette cookies, RKT paint brushes, and a rainbow fruit platter to top off the rainbow paint theme!

A little boy that goes to pre-school with my daughter asked for a Turtleman cake. I was like, “who??” I’m usually up on what the littles like since I have 2 of my own, but I was at a loss for this one. After some Googling, I discovered it’s a man on the show, “Call of the Wild” on Animal Planet. He is known for catching turtles and his big knife he named, “Thunder.” Cooper said that Thunder had to be on the cake, so it’s front and center!
I used Dillicious Cakes’ Facebook tutorial for the camo buttercream.

The Very Hungry Caterpillar 1st birthday! The cake features each of the foods he ate through, and then “The caterpillar ate through one nice green leaf…” which is the topper! :)

The small cake with the sun was his smash cake for his party, and the number one shaped cake was his smash cake for a photo shoot.

There’s a cute little short cartoon that comes on in between shows on Disney Jr. called Minnie’s Bow-Tique. Jaynie was not having just any Minnie birthday party, but a Minnie’s Bow-Tique party! Love the colors and the bows. I was really excited to execute my design for this sweet little girl’s 2nd birthday. :)

Ellen of Splendor – Cakes and More graciously allowed me to use her design for my niece’s 9th birthday cake. My niece loves horses, so when she saw Ellen’s cake, she fell in love with it and asked me to recreate it for her birthday cake.

White Chocolate Cake filled and covered with Vanilla Buttercream. The grass is handpainted. I used my Cricut to cut out the horse silhouettes and made additional cuts to make them each different.

I also made some cupcakes to go along with the cake with horse shoe toppers…all the kids loved them!

This is the largest cake I’ve ever done – 5 tiers, all cake. It was raining the day I delivered it because a tropical storm was making it’s way through. They say it’s good luck if it rains on your wedding day, so this couple should have lots and lots of luck! The original design is by Ruchi’s Amazing Cakes.

Tea Party for Addie! My friend’s daughter turned 5 and she had the most adorable tea party to celebrate her birthday.
The tea pot is a 4 inch styrofoam ball covered with fondant and the tea cup is made out of gum paste.

I made this for a little girl turning 1! She had a classic Minnie birthday party with red, black, and yellow. I love how the cake turned out, and fit in perfectly with the party decorations.

My sweet friend is having a girl! I made this cake for her baby shower yesterday, and it was such a hit. I overheard a lady say, “I’m not really into sweets, but this is the best cake I’ve ever put in my mouth!” I just smiled to myself since she didn’t know I could hear her.

This is a 7 inch double barrel cake with buttercream rosettes in pink ombre.
