80th Birthday Celebration for a special lady. Bouquet measured 9” in diameter. Gumpaster flowers consits of Roses, Daisies, Hydregeas, Sweet Peas, and Filler Flowers.

My first ever purse cake. Attended a class last week-end on how to construct these. These cakes are so much fun, but does take alot of time. So if you attempt one make sure you have lots of time.

A client who never ordered from me before asked for a Celebration Cake, I thought I would combine A bow to simulate a present, then a Poinsettia, alond with Christmas trees and Packages. The cones were made using Waffle sugar cones, rolled in melted chocolate, then Red Sanding Sugar.

This is my very first wedding cake. 2 Tier Almond Cake with Raspberry Filling, Buttercream Icing, Carma Fondant, Huge Sunflowers made of Fondant and Gumpaste 50/50. Topped with a few Filler flowers and Raffia. So Happy it is Done.

Happy Birthday Justin Bieber cake for one of my best friends little girl. She totally adores Justin. Cake is Almond flavor with Buttercream icing.

Blossoms Birthday cake requested by my daughter, added butterflies and birds for more nature. Baked in 9×3 pans resulting in a beautiful 5” cake. Cake is Avacodo Green Fondant with Buttercream Almond icing, Almond Cake and Chocolate Filling. Everyone enjoyed.

Wine Crate Cake. Made with all Fondant Cake is an Orange Cream Cake with orange cream filling and Milk chocolate icing. So Much Fun. Crate was stamped with wood like mold then colored with Brown Gel mixed with vanilla. Bottle label is a frosting sheet, Straw is roasted coconut.

Batman Rules was for a friends son 3rd birthday, it was so much fun. Chocolat Cake covered in B/C then Fondant, all decorations made of Gumpaste and Fondant.
