To my two special girlfriends…

This is my Marie, sweet kitty from Aristocats! I made it for the first birthday of Marta; the cake is a chocolate cake filled with chantilly cream and chocolate cream and covered with chocolate ganache and sugar paste.

I worked many days to realize this cake, but I loved to make it! I hope you like it! :-)

I’m working on Madagascar Circus cake; this is one of the figurines for the cake.

I made ​​this cake for the Marco’s 10th birthday, he loves basketball and played since he was 5 years old!
I made all with gum paste and all is edible even the basket (except gauze)!

Here is my first Sunflower! I made it for Michela’s 52th birthday, as  a gift by her colleagues. The cake is a sponge cake filled with chocolate pastry cream and chantilly cream, covered with chocolate ganache and sugar paste. Happy birthday, Michela!

I made ​​this cake for the 16th birthday of Fedi. It was a gift from her brother and from her parents. To make this cake I used, as model, a small doll and a picture of a cake by SugarpasteFairy.

I made this topper three years ago for the 8th birthday cake of one of my twins, Marco. It was one of my first characters and it was very fun to do! And Marco was happy to receive it!!

I made ​​this cake last year for the birthday of my sisterMarina. I wanted to give her a bit of cheer and joy, and wish her a new spring!

This is the cake I made last year for my mother’s birthday. This Peony was the first flower that I modeled. My mother loved it: she preserves the Peony in a glass case in the living room of her home!

My idea for a sweet christmas gift : a chocolate cake stuffed with nutella cream and covered with sugar paste, with a red Poinsettia in Sugar Flower Paste, fully hand made and edible. A real treat for chocolate lovers!

Today it is raining from this morning and the rain makes me sad and melancholy, so I saw photos of this cake that I made two years ago for my mother and I felt again the joy and so I thought I’d post them to bring everyone a little atmosphere of the summer!

This Poinsettia will placed on a chocolat minicake in the shape of flower pot that I will do the next week, but it may be used as a table centrepiece for the Christmas Day.

I don’t make cakes for job but only for passion, so everything that I realize it is for the first time. I tried to make this Christmas ball cake (3 inch of diameter) for one of my best friends; it took many work but I hope she’ll like it!

This flower pot of cyclamen (a mini-cake) is smaller than the first, and on the leaves and flowers, shaped entirely by hand with Sugar Flower Paste, I added a few drops of dew … I love to make flowers and I’m happy with the result!

I made this mini-cake (2.3 inch) to celebrate the birth of Federico, the grandson of my dearest cousin Ezilde, young grandmother. Ezilde lives in Ferrara (northern Italy) and instead I live in Sicily, and so I could not give her my mini-cake but only send pictures: Ezilde loved my gift … Best wishes to Federico, his mom and dad, and to his young grandma Ezilde!

The Cyclamen are among my favorite flowers; in winter, with their bright colors, they make me feel cheerful and in good spirits.
I realized the pot with a mini cake of 3 inch in height: a mud cake filled with mascarpone and cocoa cream, covered with chocolate ganache and sugar paste: a real treat for chocolate lovers!
