This cake is for my Nanny who Had her divorce finalised the other day after being sepersted for almost 28yrs. instead of a congrats on your divorce cake i said id give her this as she is now back to her maiden name in almost 50yrs .

This is a wedding cake that i made for a friend her theme was purple and sparkly
the cake is a base of chocolate biscuit cake a middle of double chocolate cake and a top layer of strawberry shortcake .
It is a simple yet elegant design that stood out very well

this was my first ever tiered Cake that is why it is a little off center but it was my own wedding cake so i didn’t mind so o much

It is a base of chocolate biscuit cake , then banana and almond , then strawberry shortcake on top and covered using fondant and silver dragees.

the cake topper is a statuette that i still have on my mantle piece.

They are fresh red and white roses.

This was my first carved cake so its very patchy . I am proud of it considering where i have come to now, if i hadn’t taken the leap i wouldn’t be here now sharing with all of you !

This bear was done for a boys christening , he is made of vanilla sponge and strawberry shortcake buttercream .The building blocks are made of rice krispie treats.
