Hi Mimi, There is only one problem with this site, in my opinion. It’s that I spend way tooooooo much time on it. Lol You are right. This is a great site and everyone is so friendly & encouraging.

Welcome cakesbymimi! Ana is Ana Remigio. If you go to the members button, then push most active, she is right next to Goreti. They are two of my favorite cake artists! There are so many amazing decorators here!

Hi everyone,

I am register here since a year so. I come sometimes to admire cake talent but not that often because I was very busy these last years. But 2014 is another year, lots is changing in my life so I think I will come more often ;) I am a cake design freak, lol.

Noticed the changes on the website, these last weeks. Great job Michal (team also if there is), takes time to do all of that.

What pushed me to write finally, on the topic, because I am more a reader than a participant. Some weird things on the new website.
Such as, I was trying to find were to write a forum topic, but didn’t find where. Lol maybe not quiet awake this morning.
So, sorry Emily if i jumped in your topic to write my message.

Questions:
1 – How do we create a topic?
2 – Is the website nearly finish or are you still working on it?

Noticed:
1 -I work on mac and on firefox, we can’t see the symbols on the top right.
2 – The symbols work via safari on mac.

That is all for the moment. If I see anything else I will shout it out ;)

Lol just found how to write a new topic, pfff.

Suggestion maybe you can also add it when we click on forum.

humm I just tried to upload and add picture, but it is writen " cant upload blank pictures" ??? my pictures are not blank and i checked and tried to upload many times (via safari and on a mac) – The upload is working via firefox, but can’t see all the symbols.

Hey Alison, the problem is that older browsers don’t support all things we used on the new website – the symbols doesn’t work on older versions of Firefox and Pictures uploading doesn’t work on older versions of Safari and Internet Explorer.
It works perfect in these and newer browsers: Firefox 26, Google Chrome 32, Internet Explorer 9, Safari 7.
So I suggest you to upgrade the firefox and or Safari to newer version.

However this version of CakesDecor is stable and we don’t plan to change the design, there are many(and when I say many, I mean many :) ) adjustments, features and additions on our TO-DO list. One of them is adding “Add new Forum topic” on the forum page ;)
