Alena, you know I’m a huge fan of your work. I loved reading this and learning more about you. I had no idea that you also work full time! It is tough, isn’t it? I couldn’t help but giggle at seeing my name in your interview. Sometimes I really have to pinch myself at the people I’ve met and can call friend in the caking world. I think of you as cake royalty, so I’m honored!

Alena, you are a true inspiration to us bakers – I’m fairly new at this venture, but like you said, once it gets you it won’t let go. I’m looking forward to perfecting this craft the way you have. Congratulations.

I’m rather new to the cake decorating world and the cake websites so I’m just now catching up on all of the incredible decorators out there. Aldoska, you are incredibly talented and I’ve loved how this interview has given us all a glance of the “master” behind the gorgeous cakes. :)
