I got the idea from Peggy does cake… And it is along the lines of what cakealicious77 said. I use a metal cake support system in my tiered cakes. So I put on my quotes a $30 refundable fee. This fee needs to be a separate check and if I get my plate back in 2 weeks I will send the check back. If not I will cash the check.
