no hard feelings here- your point is good about cake ‘muggle’ opinion vs. cake decorator peer….but I always get a rush of relief when I get positive feedback from customers, because there’s no word like word-of-mouth as far as growing a steady business. (That being said, I have to admit I was smiling ear to ear al day when a somewhat famous and my total baking inspiration one time left me a one word comment on cookies I made one time,lol) Actually- I don’t know why you’re off of CC Torta….I was mad at them for about 6 mo. with the CC magazine debacle (finally got a refund), moderators removing pictures or lumping them together on my behalf (while allowing others to do as they please), and snooty rude forum posters and Nazi forum moderators(Hello Mr. Kraft and Jan H.)......but now I go on sometimes to browse the cakes and post cakes- it’s okay for me now- I stay off the forums and focus on just the cake pics! -- find me at: www.facebook.com/CorrieCakes |
