I just joined this site and I absolutely LOVE IT!! So Many Amazing Bakers/Decorators!!!

My least favorite part of caking is covering the cake with fondant!!! I get so stressed and anxious because I want it to look smooth and tear free. My two favorite parts of cake making is the detail work (I get lost in making flowers and adding the final touches). And the look on my customers faces when I present them with the cakes I make! It’s such a fulfilling feeling!
