I am a Senior Specialist at a Corporate bank and I do cakes as my hobby. I would love to have my own cake/partying decorating business but I’m so scared due to the economy. It would be hard to leave a full time stead job for cakes. There are weeks that I bearly get cakes and there are weeks that i need to get assistant because its soo busy.
