I work full time and make cakes as a hobby. I’m always exhausted from it! I’d love to open a shop and do this full-time, but my fear is this: just because I an smooth butter cream icing and pipe a little border doesn’t mean I know how to run a profitable business. Sadly, more than this is just a dream for me. :(
