This cake was requested based on the design of the sweetie cake which I made previously. It is chocolate cake with chocolate ganache. All of the sweets and the lollipops are make from fondant.

Shabby chic wedding cake in white pink and blue. The bottom two tiers were fruit cake baked by the Bride’s Nan. The top two tiers were vanilla sponge with raspberry.

I made this cake for my son’s 5th birthday. For his birthday treat we had a trip to the zoo and he got to hold a tarantula. Up until this point he was going to have a star wars themed cake but this changed his mind. THe cake is chocolate fudge cake filled and covered with chocolate ganache and covered in fondant.

This cake was made for a prize for a charity auction. I was given a theme of New York as that was where the couple got engaged

I really enjoyed making this cake. All of the sweets, lollipops and candy are make from fondant.

This four teir cake has a four different flavours – wheat free chocolate, lemon, vanilla and raspberry and a fruit cake layer. The cake was not quite straight. I had broken my wrist in two places and I had to make this cake two days after it came out of the cast.
