Love Baby Einstein:)

For a 40th birthday:)

This was a shower cake for a couple who did not know the sex of their baby:) I have a step by step tutorial for the baby booties on my face book page under “notes” if anyone could use it:)

This was a cake I made a few years ago…but I still think it’s cute:) This was a double stacked 10’ cake. The Carousel was made from cake boards, RKT’s, and fondant and was designed to be able to be removed from the cake and saved:) for awhile anyway;)

This cake was BIG!! The bottom checker cake was 11×15 and the Lightning McQueen was carved from two 9×13 cakes. It was heavy lol!!!Thanks for looking:)

This was a small cake carved from a 8” square. This was a strawberry banana cake I made just for practice:)

This was for a Sweet 16…The client booked this cake a year in advance and I was counting the day until I could make it!!! I LOVED this cake:)

this was a small three tier cake (8”,6”, 4”) I made for a cute family member:)

I really had fun making these characters:) Nemo was a bit of a pain and this was my second attempt…the first Nemo had a confused look on his face that just didn’t work lol…so I made a new (less confused) Nemo:)

This was a birthday cake made for a beautiful little girl and the fairy on top was actually modeled after her. Her mom gave me free rein for the design (which was AWESOME!) The only thing she wanted was that “butterflies” be involved…but more cartoony than realistic. She told me that she always says to her daughter (who is VERY shy) that the harder she tries to socialize and come out of her shell the more she starts turning into a beautiful butterfly….that’s how I came up with the girl as the butterfly princess on the top of the cake:) I truly loved every minute of making this cake and it will always be one of my favorites:)

This is a Louis Vuitton Stresa PM bag. The gentleman who ordered it for his wife’s birthday was initailly going to go to Carlo’s Bakery but decided to give me a shot..they were very happy with the cake. It was really fun to make:)
