The cake that inspires me to do more cakes! But not red velvet cake! I tried to make red velvet cake but sadly was not very satisfied with the cake, i never thought that its really hard to make RED velvet cake! but nevertheless i love this cake!

This cake was made of chocolate cake, covered with fondant…thank God it survived the very hot weather here and the very long trip (3 1/2 hours, in non-aircondition bus!)
