2012 year will be over soon and it’s time to launch our CakesDecor Winter Awards. Go ahead and enter the competition by submitting you Ruffle Themed Cake. The rules are simple and, like everything else at CakesDecor, there’s no fee to enter. The best part of this competition? There will be no designated jury of experts. Awards entry period is over and we ended up with 177 amazing entries in ‘Ruffles’ category. Now it’s time to pick your top 5 list and cast your votes. Voting deadline is on January 31, 2013 at 6 PM GMT . Please note that if you submitted an Awards entry, you will not see your cake listed on the voting page. Part 3: And the Winners Are ...

The results are in and it’s time to officially announce the winners of the CakesDecor Quarterly Awards - Winter 2013. There were 177 entries posted in the Ruffles category, 99 votes were cast during this period. I’m really glad that we beat the number of entries, but what I’m really proud of, is that there were more than 2 times more votes than the previous awards. Thank you all and I hope that next time there will be more votes than entries. And here are the winning cakes...
