Fully qualified French pastry chef newly introduced to the world of cake design I recently moved to France with my family and while looking for a job I decided to give it a go :)!
On top of my full time job in a traditional French "Boulangerie Patisserie" I created my own company " Les délices de Sasha" ( Sasha's Delight) where I provide traditional french pastry cakes, savoury buffet food and cake design for all events and occasions as well as baking workshops for adults and children.
